Poker-allies.com is heading to Vegas for the WSOP 2009 in June/July.
We are offering fully backed players 5 different routes to go to the WSOP. The package will include a $1500 buy in to the WSOP staked at 50/50 with no make up (ie a one off with no implications should you lose), $1000 for flights and spending money, plus accommodation in the allies mansion for the duration of your stay. You will also have the option to be backed in any tournaments $400 or under that you choose during your stay (usual spreadsheet rules). We will also have t-shirts etc printed and generally have a good laugh in Vegas.
These routes aren’t easy, we have thought about them carefully and they are designed to require some serious application. However, if you are prepared to put in the work, routes 1,2, and 3 are very achievable, route 4 is a little harder!
1) Sunday League
Route 1 will see you face off agaisnt each other starting from this sunday through to the end of May. Basically, whichever backed player records the highest accumulated profit from sundays will win a package. Second place will be the above package but without the WSOP buy in included. If second place has already won a full package via another route, then 2nd place prize will be awarded to 3rd place etc. You have to be 5k up on sundays to be eligable for a prize.
2)30/30
Make 30k profit in any 30 day sliding period. This doesn’t have to be a calandar month. For example it could be 30 days from January 17th. There is no limit to how many WSOP buy ins you can win, but no day can count twice in two seperate periods. The period can be under 30 days, if you hit the 30k mark sooner (ie you can lock in your package and continue playing) (Same $2.5k package)
3) P&L heads up challenge
Route 3 will be based on your overall P&L between February 1st-May 31st.
If:
a) $12.5k < your P&L < $25k = You play both The Visionary and Puggy82 heads up. Beat us both to win a package.
b) $25k< your P&L < $50K = You play either The Visionary or Puggy82 heads up (your choice). Win that match, see you in Vegas
c) $50k< your P&L = see you in Vegas
4) Kill Neil
To win a package via route 4 you will need to beat both Neil’s P&L in a calendar month. So, for example if Puggy82 makes 5k and The Visionary makes 5k, you will have to win $5001 to win the package. If the Visionary won 20K, you would need $20,001. Will give away a maximum of 2 packages in any one month via this route, to protect ourselves in case we both have a shocker. We will be posting our running performances each month on the site, so you know where you stand.
T&C:
In order to claim any packages you must still be fully backed by Poker-Allies.com at the time of your trip.
In the event you win multiple packages, any additional package after your first will just be a $1500 buy in to the WSOP.
The Neils must both play at least 8 days in a month in order for the “Kill Neil” option to be activated.
For the Sunday League, only wins on Ongame, Ipoker and Party qualify.
Promo only available to players on Deal A (Euro sites players, on a standard % split calculated on a monthly basis).
